Payment, shipping, sizes and care: the questions we hear most often.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer only. After you order you receive a unique payment code and our bank details. Transfer the exact amount, upload your proof of payment on the order page, and we confirm it. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after the payment deadline shown on your order.
Which currency do you charge in?
All prices are charged in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Beside each price we show an approximate amount in US dollars, Australian dollars or euros, whichever you pick in the header, to help you compare. Your bank converts at its own rate.
Do you ship outside Indonesia?
Yes. We already ship abroad, for example to Tahiti, Australia and the United States, with Pos Indonesia by default. Within Indonesia we ship with JNE or J&T, and you see the courier rate at checkout. International shipping is priced by destination and parcel weight; if we have no rate for your country, we quote the shipping cost before you pay. You may also arrange and pay for your own courier; then we charge no shipping.
How can I track my order?
Open your order page with your order code and email address. Once your parcel ships, the tracking number appears there.
Which bed cover sizes do you make?
Single, Double, Queen and King. Full stitching makes a bed cover slightly smaller, so each product page lists its exact sizes and prices.
What are your bed covers made of?
A 100% cotton top, a hero cloth bottom and soft dakron filling.
Will my piece look exactly like the photo?
Most of our motifs are painted by hand, so lines and colours vary slightly from piece to piece. That is the mark of hand-painted batik, not a defect.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. Villas, hotels and other accommodation can order directly from us, and we make custom orders for resellers: any motif from our range in your colour combination (up to two colours), from 8 pieces per motif. Fewer pieces carry a Rp50.000 sketch fee per motif. Orders are usually ready in about 3 weeks. Use our wholesale form or message us on WhatsApp.
Can I visit your shop?
Of course. We are open Monday to Sunday, 9AM to 6PM, at Jl. Raya Guwang, Celuk, Sukawati, Gianyar, Bali.
